Visit the East Coast This Spring

DC1In case you hadn’t noticed, we’re closing in on the beginning of spring. The air is humming with excitement of winter’s end, the weather is starting to let go of its chill, and cities all along the eastern seaboard are bustling with events. It’s the perfect time to book your private sky limo trip to any major East Coast city.

Enjoy the East Coast

Flower festivals are on point this year, displaying their elegant beauty and cropping up all over the east coast. If you want to take a trip to Washington DC, you can visit the National Cherry Blossom Festival between March 20th and April 27th or take a jaunt to the Smithsonian Kite Festival on March 31st.

If taking an air taxi to Philadelphia is more what you’re looking for, the International Flower Show runs from March 4th to March 11th. This year‘s theme is Islands of Aloha, so it‘s sure to be beautiful. And if you‘d rather take a spring trip to New York City, the Annual Orchid Show at the New York Botanical Garden is happening between March 3rd and April 22nd.

Good Eats

Restaurant Week is huge on the East Coast. It allows all of the restaurants to show off their latest creations and lets hungry patrons taste these delectable delights at reasonable prices. This is worth two trips if you have the time. Start your trip in New York, where New Yorkers will be celebrating their love of food and wine with the New York Wine Expo from March 2nd to March 4th as well as enjoying some vegetarian food at the New York Vegetarian Food Festival between March 3rd and March 4th.

Once you’re finished sampling what New York has to offer, charter a private plane to Washington DC or to Boston for their restaurant weeks. Washington DC will be celebrating their local restaurants between March 5th and March 11th. Boston’s restaurant week is actually two weeks, starting on March 18th and ending March 30th.

Of course, with March being the home month of St. Patrick’s Day, you wouldn’t want to forget the famous festivities both in New York City on March 17th, which you should follow up with the short air taxi trip to Boston on March 18th. No one does green beer, the gift of gab and St. Patrick’s Day quite like those fabulous East Coast cities.
